Refund policy

Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Trading card products can be easily opened, resealed, or tampered with—making it impossible to verify authenticity or original condition once the item has left our facility. For this reason, we are unable to process returns, even for sealed product.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be prepared to provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
