Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options depending on the weight and value of the items ordered.

  • Singles (trading cards): Most orders under 1 oz are sent via USPS letter mail (untracked) unless a tracked option is selected at checkout.

  • Sealed Product: Booster boxes, bundles, and other sealed items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and include tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Please note: these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. ChaseCard TCG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Order Tracking
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at colin@chasecardtcg.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will review your case and do our best to make it right.
Please note: untracked shipments that are marked as delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order.
